I have a few pictures of the equipment I used to take these images.  For wide field observing, I use a pair of Canon 15x50 Imaged Stabilized binoculars.  I also use a Nikon 100mm f/2.5 and Canon 300mm L IS for wide field shots.   I have recently added a Meade DSI for lunar, solar-planetary imaging and autoguiding.  I also acquired a few more Nikon lenses that I use with the Canon 300D and  Canon 50D with Fotodiox adapter.  They are  50mm f 1.8, 300mm f/2.8  and the 500mm f/4.5 Pentax along with the Kenko 2X converter.   The kit lens for the Canon 50D is a Canon 28-135 IS which does a fine job as a carry and macro lens.  For astrophotos I use an Astronomik CLS and Orion broadband light pollution filters with remote release.  I still have some film cameras for full field shots since the digital cameras have a 1.6 crop factor.  The film cameras are a  Canon EOS 10s and a Canon EOS2000.  I have also added a Sigma 14mm f 2.8 EOS and 100mm f2.8 Macro lenses to the stable.  I also use the Canon EF 1.4x and 2x teleconverters when a bit more power is needed.
